A graduate from Charleston Southern University, married and a mom of 3, Morgan currently resides in Pinopolis, SC where she invests in local community events and her church.

The process of discovering one’s roots – of knowing who we are and where we came from – is a powerful, enriching and rewarding experience. The family tree is one of the most beloved symbols of Americana, because it is a sign of our genealogy and history. A desire to establish our roots and build a family tree is largely why we gather together for Sunday dinners and family reunions. It is why we collect family photos. It is why I spend many afternoons at the lake with my family and why I send my children down the road every now and then to toil in the garden with their Grammy. I believe what I do in real estate is part of the process of creating a shared family history for others. What I do is to enable others to take root where they desire and help find that special gathering place for their families and friends. This might be finding or selling a lakefront home, a family farm, a larger home, second home or smaller home.

When I sit down with my best friends, women I have known since I was a child, one of our favorite things to do is scrapbook. We cut out photos of our families and marvel together how quickly our children and grandchildren are growing. We talk about how our parents are doing. We swap stories about trips we took and people we have met. We can sit for hours scrapbooking in our living rooms, and when one of us is finished with a book, we look through every page and relive special moments from our family’s history and look forward to the next. You see, I believe in preserving memories. When our children and our children’s children look through these pages and recall the things we have done individually or together as a family, they will come to know their roots and who they are.

Being a real estate agent is oftentimes a demanding career. I admit that there are some days when I have shown 12 homes in a single 100-degree day or when I miss one of my children’s activities during a weekend open house. Were it not for my belief in helping others take root, then it would probably be easy to get lost in the grind. But I am rooted. Just when I begin to feel exhausted, I’ll run into one of my clients at the grocery store who will tell me how much they love their new home. I’ll meet a young family and carry around a beautiful baby while her mom and dad go to the backyard and talk about where they would put up a swing set. Or maybe I’ll get a note in the mail from a client who moved to North Carolina thanking me for helping them to be able to take root closer to their elderly parents. Then I remember something my father used to tell me. He would say, “Robin, your name will see places your face will never see.” Then I am reminded that what I do as a career is far more than earning a commission…it is about establishing heritage and enabling a family tree to take root.

Blaine is originally from Atlanta. She fell in love with the Lowcountry through time spent at her family’s beach house growing up. She graduated from The Citadel in 2011 and has been here ever since. After living in Downtown Charleston, Mt Pleasant, and Folly Beach, she now lives in Moncks Corner where her husband grew up. She has always had a passion for connecting people! Blaine has worked at a local church – connecting people to small groups and serving opportunities and in recruiting – connecting people to their dream jobs. Now, as a Realtor, she is ready to get to know you and connect you to your new home! When she isn’t working you can find her playing volleyball, horseback riding, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Kassi grew up around the Lowcountry and graduated from Charleston Southern University. Kassi and her husband, Jeffrey, have two beautiful daughters. They all attend church on Sunday to the same place that Kassi and Jeffrey met over 11 years ago! As a family they enjoy being “tourists” around their home and experiencing everything Charleston has to offer. Kassi works as an elementary school teacher and loves creating relationships with families. Your family would be no different! Shelley is a life long resident of Berkeley County from Alvin, currently residing in Goose Creek, SC. She is currently an Employment Coordinator and Teacher Recruiter for the Berkeley County School District. Shelley is a graduate of Macedonia High and Claflin University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Shelley enjoys traveling, EVERYTHING about football, local and international mission work and of course meeting new people. Shelley is excited and eager about starting a second career geared towards helping others.

Gino is a Charleston local who grew up going to schools in the Charleston & Berkeley County districts. Gino then went on to further his education as a college soccer player, and obtained a Bachelor’s of science degree from Francis Marion University where he studied both business & biology. Gino has been a licensed agent since 2016, and is an experienced realtor/team leader. As far as Gino’s family history goes, his family used to own and operate motorcycle dealerships in the lowcountry known as ‘Lukes Kawasaki’. Although he was a young kid at the time he would tell you he learned alot from that family business. If you asked him what he does outside of work he would tell you he enjoys anything outside from riding motorcycles to boating and everything else outdoors. Gino married his beautiful wife in Italy in 2021 and they are now parents to two little girls, both named after places in Italy.
