Robin Denise Ward

The process of discovering one’s roots – of knowing who we are and where we came from – is a powerful, enriching and rewarding experience. The family tree is one of the most beloved symbols of Americana, because it is a sign of our genealogy and history. A desire to establish our roots and build a family tree is largely why we gather together for Sunday dinners and family reunions. It is why we collect family photos. It is why I spend many afternoons at the lake with my family and why I send my children down the road every now and then to toil in the garden with their Grammy. I believe what I do in real estate is part of the process of creating a shared family history for others. What I do is to enable others to take root where they desire and help find that special gathering place for their families and friends. This might be finding or selling a lakefront home, a family farm, a larger home, second home or smaller home.

When I sit down with my best friends, women I have known since I was a child, one of our favorite things to do is scrapbook. We cut out photos of our families and marvel together how quickly our children and grandchildren are growing. We talk about how our parents are doing. We swap stories about trips we took and people we have met. We can sit for hours scrapbooking in our living rooms, and when one of us is finished with a book, we look through every page and relive special moments from our family’s history and look forward to the next. You see, I believe in preserving memories. When our children and our children’s children look through these pages and recall the things we have done individually or together as a family, they will come to know their roots and who they are.

Being a real estate agent is oftentimes a demanding career. I admit that there are some days when I have shown 12 homes in a single 100-degree day or when I miss one of my children’s activities during a weekend open house. Were it not for my belief in helping others take root, then it would probably be easy to get lost in the grind. But I am rooted. Just when I begin to feel exhausted, I’ll run into one of my clients at the grocery store who will tell me how much they love their new home. I’ll meet a young family and carry around a beautiful baby while her mom and dad go to the backyard and talk about where they would put up a swing set. Or maybe I’ll get a note in the mail from a client who moved to North Carolina thanking me for helping them to be able to take root closer to their elderly parents. Then I remember something my father used to tell me. He would say, “Robin, your name will see places your face will never see.” Then I am reminded that what I do as a career is far more than earning a commission…it is about establishing heritage and enabling a family tree to take root.

You will not find a more honest and hardworking set of ladies to help sell your home. We listed our home in May 2016 and they had it sold by July. We also bought our home from Robin and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Our home was sold in Moncks Corner, and our new home is in Pinopolis.

- The McConnel Family

Professional service. Robin made buying a home easy. She was patient with us and when the right house became available she made an appointment and we put in an offer immediately.

- The Pauley Family

I am so happy with my choice and realtor! Morgan and Robin go above and beyond to assist and I truly feel that I have made friends in the process. They are still working with me and the sale has been closed! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

- The Carter Family

I have had the pleasure of working with both Mrs.Robin & Morgan. They both were very knowledgeable and made our home buying process run smoothly. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I strongly recommend morgan for all your real estate needs. She is awesome and will not stop until she finds the house you want. She pulls out all the stops. I was very pleased with her being my agent.

We worked with both Morgan & Robin and absolutely loved them! They made our first home-buying experience as stress free as possible and worked quick to make sure we were able to get the perfect house for us. They offered such good advice and were very flexible when meeting for viewings and completing paperwork. We would use Carolina Life Real Estate over and over!

My husband and I met Morgan and Robin through a friend. We both knew within minutes of meeting them that we would enjoy working with them, so we asked them to help us find a house! They were both very helpful throughout the process. The thing I liked most about both of them was their honesty and willingness to help! If I had a question, they responded with an answer. The buying process is always stressful but they carried most of the load and helped me relax. If I had to sell or buy a house again, I wouldn’t hesitate calling on either one of them. We love y’all and thank you for everything you did!!

My boyfriend (Corey) and I were first time home buyers. On top of the long process of getting qualified as a first time home buyer, we were elongated the process even more by trying to qualify for a renovation loan. A big fear we had was lack of communication between us and our realtor. I heard about Robin and Morgan at Carolina Life Real Estate through a friend which gave me their email addresses. From that day forward Morgan and I would contact each other via emails or cell phones about new listings on a daily basis. Corey and I knew we wanted a home in a rural area with land but we didn’t want to go over our budget. The day we found our home in Cross, SC Morgan was able to contact the sellers directly and get the key so that we could do a walk through. Morgan made sure she was present on days we conducted our home inspection, septic cleaning, termite inspection, etc. in order to make sure we were buying a home that was right for us. She was major help to us (seeing as I was 20 years old and my boyfriend was 22 and we knew nothing about the home buying process)! We closed on our house May 21st 2013. Not only did we did we get a huge deal on a 1,900 sq. foot home with 1 ½ acres but we were confident about the choice we had made knowing that we bought the home that was right for us thanks to the help of Morgan. I do have to say I learned A LOT throughout the 5 months of working with Morgan and if it wasn’t for her I may have lost my sanity. I have/will highly recommend Carolina Life Real Estate to others in years to come.
Thanks again Morgan & Carolina Life Real Estate!
